Long story short, longest 4 days ever!!! i was busy all day. and i kept switching time zones. From Michigan i flew to chicago(1 hour behind michigan) then 5 hrs later i flew to california( 4 hrs behing michigan) then after four days of learning what to do what not to do, praticing language, and alot of other stuff i wont tell for those going in the years coming, i flew to Japan( 10 hrs) took a bus to our hotel  and stayed at tokyou for the night. Ii had jet lagg to the 100th degree. i was dissey i kept feeling like i was going to collasp, i couldnt eat at dinner, which is bad because its disrepectful not to finish your meal in japan, mostly your rice NEVER LEAVE A GRAIN IN YOUR RICE BOWEL! the moring after i took the shikansen to my hiroshima( 4 hours) and there my host mom was waiting for me.

今日は

今日は! 元気ですね? 私の名前はジエイダです。はじめまして!十六歳です。この夏日本に行きますよ。あの。。。すごいね?私は日本を愛してるよ。

Welcome to my Bloggy <3 For this First Blog I would Like to just give thanks. Thank you to YFU for giving me my scholoarship because without that i would not be able to go. Thank you to my mom, sister, and family memeber for supporting me in this journey and always makeing me laugh when you guys try to talk japanese with me, very cute...-__- lol and of course i have to give thanks to God because i wouldnt be alive if it wasnt for him ^_^. umm i will also like to THank my Japanese Teacher for introducing me to the program and teaching me new things and always supporting and challenging me to become better in the language, I LOVE Japan and until i am in my new room in Japan i refuse to belive i am not dreaming. Never in my wildest dreams did i believe this day will ever happen, sure, i knew i would someday go to japan for maybe a few days but for the SUMMER! and to actually experince living with a Japanese family! It Really is a dream come true, for me and for all my new friends i have made during this program. Everyday when i would be writing my essays to turn into YFU, getting my teacher to write a letter for me, making sure my grades stayed high, getting interviewed through all of that i really didn think i would make it this far,i thought that when i would open the letter my heart would sink, and it did, but it grew wings and still it floats in my chest fluttering its wings. I vow to do my best to learn as much as i can before leaving i vow to be the best i can be, i vow to always stay me. Thank you again YFU, you have made my wildest dreams come true. I cannot wait to meet more people than i already have <3 dai suki desu yo <3 i love you <33 kk byyee
